Let there be light in this New Jersey courtroom

In New Jersey, an appeals court has awarded a win for open courts advocates. A judge had ruled that the questioning of a jury that might have been tampered with should take place behind closed doors. Two newspapers argued otherwise. The appeals court ruled that the presumption that courts are open must prevail. The AP has more.
