Number of American Arab publications increases by three in past six months

Although American Arab publications continue to face severe economic challenges, the number of publications (measured by the National Arab American Journalists Association www.NAAJA-US.com) has grown with the addition of three new newspapers.

Why the news blackout over the arrest and detention of former Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney?
